Body Iron have done it again, bringing you the Ultimate Leg Press & Hack Squat. The only machine you’ll need to build lower body strength and size. 

Utilising a 45 degree angle this 4-in-1 lower body machine can be used to perform a variety of exercises, including leg press variations, hack squats, front squats and calf raises. By allowing for multiple compound exercises you’ll be about to target all areas of your lower body with maximum efficiency. 

Another major win of training at a 45 degree angle is that you can achieve a deeper range of motion without compromising your back. This is extremely important if your goal is to build strength and size, as a greater range of motion helps to recruit more muscle fibres, which is imperative for muscle growth.

Designed to move some heavy loads, the Body Iron Ultimate Leg Press & Hack Squat has a huge 450kg weight rating. With Olympic weight plate sleeves behind the shoulder pads and beneath the carriage you’ll have complete control over the weight you work with. 

This leg press / hack squat also features two oversized foot plates. This allows for multiple foot positioning’s, which is a great way to work various muscle groups. For example, a wider stance (or sumo stance) predominately works you abductors and glutes, whereas a narrow stance uses more of the quads. There is also a removable calf raise block that can be attached to the bottom foot plate for even more variety.

With so many exercises stations and features, Body Iron made sure no safety measure was missed during the construction of this 45 degree leg press. Featuring several adjustable lock-out safety mechanisms, you can manoeuvre each safety lock into a position that suits your height, limb length and range of motion.

There are also multiple support handles secured to the frame for added support while you train, or to help you get on and off the machine.
