Offering 8 different incline positioning, the Bodycraft F320 is one of the most versatile weight benches on the market. 

Built on a unique, easy-to-change sliding frame, this FID bench is specially designed to keep the barbell in line with your body as you change your positioning. This means you can spend more time working out and less time fiddling around with equipment. 

Equipped with comfortable foot pads, you can securely lock yourself into the correct position to ensure there is no unsolicited movement during decline exercises such as dumbbell or barbell presses, or decline sit-ups.
