Complete with ladder catch system, the Bodycraft CF602G is one the easiest to adjust weight benches on the market. Equipped with transport wheels for easy manoeuvring, this bench will suit any home or commercial fitness studio.

With 7 seat positioning, this bench can be utilised for various presses, curls and flies, which are all great exercises for strengthening the upper body. It can also be incorporated into lower body workouts and can assist in the performance of Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts and bench hops.
