Slam Balls are a common sight in any gym and are used for a wide variety of exercises to develop virtually every muscle group, including abs, legs and the upper body. One common activity is to have athletes hold the ball against their chest and thrust it at another athlete, who catches it against their chest.

• There is no bounce to the Slam Balls
• Slam balls are not suitable for slamming on rough surfaces (e.g. gravel, concrete).
• Wear and tear due to impact on rough surfaces are not covered under warranty.
• To prolong the life of the Slam Ball – Do not slam the ball on the valve side.
