Comes with space for a 3ft – 5ft boxing bag and up to a 100 lbs (45 kg) Bag to be hooked onto the front. and when Paired with additional Everlast fitness equipment creates the ultimate total workout.

The stand is also equipped with Three stabilising pegs to improve the stability of the construction. Place standard weight plates on each stabilizing pegs (weights not included). We recommend having 30KG on each stabilising peg.
