Compatible with any 7ft Olympic barbell, the Body Iron Wall Mounted Folding Squat Rack is great for performing a wide variety of upper and lower body movements, include squats, bench press, deadlifts and overhead presses, so that you can achieve an intense, full body workout!
It also features adjustable barbell hooks that can support a whopping 300 kg to suit the needs of all users. This means you can configure the rack any way you want to ensure you can perform the movements you need without compromising form and helping to reduce the likelihood of injury.
