The Body Iron 885 can be incorporated into any strength, cardio or functional training program, and can be used to perform an abundance of exercises such as; incline, decline, flat and military presses, triceps dips, Bulgarian split squats, bench hops and elevated push ups.

Due to its adjustable back pad, this bench is great for achieving a well-rounded workout. By allowing the body to work at different angles you are able to target more muscle fibres, which over time, will help you develop muscle strength and size.
